-Added an ImageConverter!
You can convert any image format that is supported in the viewer to the
following formats:
PNG/JPEG/BMP/TIFF/GIF/GD/GD2
With the converter you can also do some other options like rotate the image,
resize it or flip it.
-Added Screenshot support. To make a Screenshot hold 1 and press B. Screenshots
are placed in the UpdatePath as a PNG format (maybe an option will be added
later for format choose).
-Added mth (mute thp) to load up with the movie player (old GC format) and fixed
bug in it causing a crash.
-Made Movies always play in fullscreen
-Fixed TPL view. On some files the alpha value wasn't right.
-Updated devkitPPC to R21 and libogc to Rev 4045.
