-Makefile tweaks for faster compile on Windows (image convert printout removed)
-Added support for new SoundFormats. Now AIFF, BNS and WAV is supported. Limit
to those sounds is yet the Wii Memory size because files are loaded into memory
completely for now. An on the fly decoder will be added later. Just don't try to
load 40MB wav ;).
-Other cleanups and fixes
