NOTE: FTP Server doesn't work for Ethernet-Adapters (maybe for some Wifis too)
if you install IOS202 v5 based on IOS57. Also there is no Channel list in the
StartMenu with that. It is recommended to install IOS202 v4 by Hermes based on
38. You'll have all features with it from WiiXplorer.

-Initial FTP Server commit. The old FTP Server source was completely removed and
replaced by the source from FTPii (big thanks to joe). The server should work
exactly the same way as ftpii as far as compatibility is concerned.
-Added a few useful classes with the server (like a console class)

-Added argument passing to MPlayerCE. With this you can start Movie files from
WiiXplorer in MPlayerCE. This works only for SD/USB/NTFS and won't work for SMB.
MPlayerCE doesn't initiate the SMB fast enough and quits because the file cannot
be found.
-Added option to set the path to MPlayerCE dol
-Modified argument passing
-Updated SMB lib to new libogc version (buffersize is different than in libogc)
-Small fixups

-Language files updated
