Wii Construction Set (WCS) 1.0 alpha
by LordAshes
The purpose of the Wii Construction Set program (referred to as WCS hereafter) is to allow programmers to create projects using a sort of drag and drop pseudo code environment allowing complex actions (such as displaying graphics, animating graphics, moving graphics, reading the Wiimote information, detecting collisions, etc) to be performed easily with simple functions. Best of all, if a function does not exist in WCS the user always has the option of adding direct C code to his/her project to implement any missing functionality.
WCS is written as a code writing assistant. It uses its own unique C code template as a base and then adds to this additional functions based on the user project. A lot of hard work has been put into developing Wii compile tools, like the DevKitPro tool set, and it is not the intention of WCS to hide any of this hard work as its own code. As such WCS is designed only to create the necessary C code files for compiling the project but it does not actually perform any compiling. Having said that, instruction on how to install all the necessary components (DevKitPro and GRRLIB) are included and a MAKEFILE is provided to guide the compiling process. This means that if you follow the installation instructions correctly you should have no problems compiling the resulting C code into a Wii compatible executable file.

RaveWild 0.2
by ShinCrusader
RaveWild is a mix between a top-down shooter, a tower defense game (kinda), and a real-time strategy. You create three different units to protect you as invaders pour in at an increasing rate. Your job is to survive as long as you can. This is an alpha build, so be sure to give me constructive feedback so I can improve on it.
FEATURES
========
-Select and control different units using the Wiimote pointer.
-Watch AI-controlled units engage in combat against invaders!
-Units level up as they defeat invaders, growing stronger in the process.
-Select from three different units: Fighter, Sniper, and the immobile-but-durable Turret.
-Move your character around, command selected units to follow you as a defense or order them to assault their targets!
-My first homebrew game! That's always a nice extra on top. ^^
CHANGELOG v0.2
==============
-Discovered that your applications are added to the Homebrew Browser without warning. DevelopmentEffort ++
-Added some 8-bit sound effects.
-Fixed certain variables not being reset when a game is restarting.
-You can adjust the width and height gaps in the Options menu, to help with any overscan.
-Added shield element: hold either the Z or C on the nunchuk and shake to generate a unit-healing, enemy-bullet-negating barrier.

Achtung Wii Kurve 1.3
by Profetylen
Achtung Wii Kurve is a clone of the computer game Achtung Die Kurve. It differs in that it has a lot of customization- and control options and actually includes music, sounds and an AI. The game supports up to 12 players.

CHANGELOG v1.3
==============
-Updated to GRRLIB 4.2.0.
-Changed background music format from .ogg to .mp3
-Added possibility to pause.
-Now sorting players by score after a game.

MPlayer CE 0.77 r574
by Scip, Rodries, tipolosko, AgentX, Ludovic Orban, Tantric, Blue_K, metaradil
IMPORTANT NOTE: This an SVN update of v0.77. Just add the boot.dol & all the other files to your existing 0.76 package in folder "mplayer_ce".
MPlayer CE is an unofficial port of the very popular multimedia player for various platforms including Windows and Linux. This Nintendo Wii port features the same compatibility that the other versions offer, but is limited in some aspects as it can't playback some high resolution videos due to the processing power of the Wii.
MPlayer CE will allow you to watch various movies in different formats on your Nintendo Wii including AVI, DIVX, XVID, MPEG2 and DVD Videos. It actually supports a huge range of formats and can playback media from DVDs, SD Cards, USB drives and over your local area network using Samba (SMB) shares. MPlayer CE also allows you to listen to radio streams over the Internet and watch YouTube.
CHANGELOG rev574
=================
-Upstream sync. [MPlayer r31057 / FFmpeg r22945]
-Backported code from WiiMC.
-Optimized GX_FillTextureYUV and fixed an ancient alignment bug.
-Somewhat improved HD support, enough for light animes if you skip the intro and
outro.
-Fixed video sometimes starting too early with surround audio.
-Fixed crash related to text subtitles.
-Other minor fixes and changes.
CHANGELOG rev573
=================
-fix a codedump when opendir return 0 files (that should never happen)
-samba airport hack to fix 0 files opendir

Dance Clone 0.2
by ThatOtherPerson
Dance Clone is a Dance Dance Revolution clone.
Use the D-Pad on either a wiimote, a Game Cube controller or ideally a Game Cube dance mat.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
Here it is: the newly improved Dance Clone for Wii. There is still a LOT left to be done and its still far from being comparable to something like Step Mania or Dance Dance Revolution but I think its definitely a step up from the last release.
The main menu lists all the mp3 audio files located at /apps/DanceClone/Music/ and you can select what song you want to play using the wiimote cursor and the A button. For playing the actual game once the song start you can use the wiimote D-pad, A GameCube D-pad or a GameCube/Wii dance mat. Hit the home button at any time to exit.
As with the PC version the included song is “Dance, NOW!” by RekcahDam but the arrow placement file has been updated. There doesn’t seem to be the same delay before the audio starts as there is with the PC version (on my PC anyways) so I had to place the arrows 200 milliseconds earlier to keep them in sync with the song.
If you want to play a song that doesn’t yet have an arrow placement file then a menu will appear allowing you to quickly generate one. I’ll talk more about arrow placement later.
CHANGELOG v0.2
==============
-added audio support and a song selection screen
-arrow placement is now loaded from a different file specific to which song is played rather then being placed randomly and differently every time
-there is a menu to set some simple parameters with for how arrows should be placed when generating an arrow placement file for any song that doesn't yet have one
-I rewrote everything so almost nothing is really exactly the same and I didn't get around to reimplementing any form of home menu

Alien Puzzle Wii 0.5
by GEMISIS
Alien Puzzle Wii is a homemade puzzle game for the Nintendo Wii. The goal of the game is to get to the end of each level while collecting as many points as you can from the gems scattered throughout each level. The key trick to this game is the fact that once you start moving, you can’t stop (except for in certain cases which are talked about in the documentation). This requires precision as each level is scattered with TNT, which will explode on contact. Some of them move, some of them just sit there. Each level is unique, as is the rest of the game. Good thing you have three lives. And if you beat the level, you get to carry your score on with you to the next level. Thus, you can get amazingly high scores! You can play alone, or with a friend. Just be careful, if you collide with your friend, you both will bounce. And don’t worry, if you don’t want to play the actual game, you can always relax to some nice music via the built in mp3 player, which can be accessed by pressing the “home” button on the Wii controller. While you’re doing that, you could also make levels in your own paint editor, without even having to learn how to draw! (Described in the documentation) And with the online shop, you can download new levels for absolutely free.
CHANGELOG v0.5
===============
-New mp3 player layout! Now features a pause feature, playlist support, and more!
-Two new multiplayer modes, Vs Mode and Co-op mode!
-Object packs for use and as DLC! This allows you to customize the game play graphics.
-An options menu
-5 difficulty settings now: Very Easy, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Very Hard
-Bug fixes
-Nicer looking text thanks to True Type Font support!
-Some graphical Improvements
As of this release, there are a few new DLCs. There are three new single player downloads:
-World
-Choices
-Bus
one new multiplayer level:
-Racer
and the first object pack for download:
-InvisibleWalls

3DMaze 0.1
by Lord Ashes
3D labyrinth Wii hombrew game. Proof of concept for a 3D Maze game written in Wii Game Studio. This demo implements a small 5x5 area which can be naviagted using the Wii Mote D-Pad. Navigation is by steps and turning is by 90 degrees at a time similar to the engines used in the old TSR games such as Pools Of Radiance, Curse of the Azure Bonds and Pools of Darkness.
***Please note there is another Wii homebrew game which has the exact same name "3DMaze 0.1". That game is a completely different game created by Michelinux. Please don't confuse them with each other.
