-Made dol receiver now with nonblocking socks. It prevented the use of FTP for
some users.
-Removed all confirmations on copy/paste/delete.... Now if you don't get any
error message it means everything went OK. (It was a bit annoying)

-Added ability to copy/move/delete/extract several Items at a time. You can
select the Items by pressing the WiiMote 1 button. If you press B all files are
deselected and if you press Minus only one file (the current pointed) is
deselected.
-Fixed Taskbar being clickable through windows
