WiiXplorer r195 & WiiXplorer Channel 6

A multi device file explorer for the Wii by dimok and a GUI made with LibWiiGui by Tantric with graphics by NeoRame.

*Added possibility to download an URL in the startmenu if you set it as a

*Removed the bootup mount option. The app now boots always to the last used
*Fixed halt on network init even when it failed

*Changable slideshow delay range increased
*Some changes on the progressbar regarding the reset of the total tranfered size
*Lot's of optimizations in code (more use of macros)

Forwarder Channel v6:
*USB2.0 support added if you have IOS202 installed
*fix for some usb drives that do not show up in WiiXplorer after starting the
app with the forwarder (hopefully for all)
*Added rescale inside the forwarder by GX for 4:3. Now only 16:9 pics are used
and are rescaled for 4:3. (Uses a lot less space/blocks because of that)
*Added both variants of the channel, the v4 design and the v5 design. To switch
between those, uninstall your current channel to avoid unnessacary errors. Both
work with 16:9 and 4:3 and use the same forwarder dol v6.
