Dance Clone 0.4
by ThatOtherPerson
Dance Clone is a Dance Dance Revolution clone.
Use the D-Pad on either a wiimote, a Game Cube controller or ideally a Game Cube dance mat.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
Here is the long overdue update to dance clone!
For those of you previously having trouble running it off of a USB storage device this should probably fix it for you. It will also of course still work perfectly from an SD card.
As requested you can now also play the game using a Classic controller D-Pad.
There are now hold notes (arrows that you need to hold down for an extended period of time rather then just tapping). The random step generator doesn’t use them yet so the step file for Rekcahdam’s Dance, NOW! (the included song) does have any. But if you import a Step Mania file (which I’m assuming is how most of you are getting most of your songs and step files anyways) that uses them then they will get used in the game.
After you select a song it will now not only check if the song has a Dance Clone step file but will also check what difficulty modes that file has tracks for rather then assuming its setup for all of them (a LOT of available Step Mania songs don’t actually have 5 difficulty modes). Instead of just making them unclickable now it wont even show buttons for difficulty modes that are unavailable.
There are a verity of other small fixes and changes and things. Some things should be faster and a very small portion of files that couldn’t be imported previously may now be importable and there should be fewer crashes. I also widened the range in which hitting a step will count as perfect instead of good.

They Do Not Die 0.2
by ThatOtherPerson
This is a very fun circle zombie killing homebrew game.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
I know its been over a week and I sorta ruined that streak I had going of frequent posts. I wasn’t really in the mood for programing and replaying Deus Ex is a constant timesink. But I got back into working on They Do Not Die (the Wii version) yesterday and did a bit more today.
You now have a set amount of health which you obviously lose whenever your harmed by zombies. You also have energy which you can use to move faster (just hold down the A button) but if you don’t have any energy left then running will instead consume health. Both your health and energy regenerate.
The camera zooms in and out based on how much remaining health you have. There is some darkness around the borders of the screen which turns red when your losing health.
The iconic arrow sprites from the PC version are now in the game and they rotate and everything. There are now also corpses that get left behind when you kill someone.
When your health hits zero then your sent back to the new start menu from which you can can choose to begin playing again with everything reset.

FridgeMagnets 0.23
by Titmouse
Fridge Magnets is a little game that lets you move magnetic fridge letters about, bit of fun and learning for children.
CHANGELOG v0.23
===============
-Added the homebrew hand cursors - combined the ones without the numbers into a single grey image (saves time on loading) and modified the look, now thinner
-Improved the way the letters are viewed when being picked up & dropped
-Changed the 'Bye' screen to now show a pile of letters falling from the sky
-Tweaked the welcome screen so it’s not clipped on other PAL/NTSC TV modes. Both the PAL 576 & PAL 480 views should look the same, but they don't, more letters can fit on the 50Hz screen, when in fact 50Hzs/576 should just show more detail. My Bad.
-Changed the way shadows work
-New better looking font - that old font was bad

They Do Not Die 0.1
by ThatOtherPerson
This is a very fun circle zombie killing homebrew game.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
So I started remaking They Do Not Die (my top down zombie game) for Wii. Its like the PC game but different and even more incomplete.
The frame rate is pretty great and unlike the PC version which I’m throttling at 30 frames per second (which my PC doesn’t even always reach) this version of the game runs near (and at times above if I wasn’t throttling it) 60 frames even on Wii. it dips a bit when your shooting but there is tons of room for improvement and optimization.
Use the nunchuk analog stick to move, the wiimote to aim and the B button to shoot. You can kill zombies but at this point there is no way to win or be injured.

CHANGELOG r175
==============
Quite a few changes this rev and i am not sure if remember all but here are the
main ones:
*Added a multicolor blend funtion which generates an image using GX and so
doesn't need much memory. This saves ~1.5MB overall global memory since a
background image or progressbar image is no longer needed.
*Background image is now a multicolor blending image (as before but now
generated by GX and not a png). It is made out of 4 colors (corners) which blend
over in each other. You can configure the Colors in the settings and change with
that the background image.
*Changes to Progressbar:
*Made it to a Class/Instance
*Made ProgressBar a multicolor image like the background. The colors can
be configured in the Settings for empty and full progressbar.
*Made Progressbar go up a lot smoother now (drawing each pixel instead
of each 4 pixel).
*The progress speed is now calculated more accurate.
*Next upcoming will be a total progress progressbar below the current
one
*Added rumble support. Can be disabled in the Settings.
*Added filter for System Files (beginning with "$" or "." and "thumb.db"). Can
be disabled in the Settings.
*Added Reload to orginal Entrace IOS (from HBC) before booting a homebrew
*Changed MusicPlayer "next music playback" code. It no longer uses it's own
thread. Saves one thread.
*Added proper 16:9 resolution/display now (looks weird at first). Please report
wrong aligned elements if i missed some.
*Some fixups and cleanups
*Updated language files

UFO Racer 0.2
by ThatOtherPerson
UFO racing game.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
When I said that there was nothing that couldn’t be accomplished with a few get/put pixel functions and a little bit of math I should have said with a VERY little bit of math. I improved some things, cut down on the number of calculations and got the game running far smoother. I took out the frame counter that was visible in the first version but for anyone curious its at all times over 50 and depending on where you are on the track often hitting the 60 frames per second throttle point.
The track is far larger now and is generated at start up using a series of tiles the placement of which are loaded from another image (similar to how the levels where in Swingball). In other words it will be super quick and easy for me to make as many tracks as I want. It also opens up the possibility for the future addition of an in game level editor (I love games with level editors).
I’m also now scaling up the size of the track which didnt seem wide enough to me before. I didn’t need to increase the resolution of the tiles though (which are basically just ripped from that track in the first version). Instead its just scaled up in realtime (because of how its rotating the track there isn’t really a relevant cost to performance to scale it at the same time) which pleasantly enough doesn’t really seem to make it look at all pixelated. With a 640×480 image stretched out onto a TV you really need to try hard to get it to look pixelated instead of blurry lol.
I added more frames of rotation for the ship so the animation isn’t so choppy for it when turning and I lowered the transparency of the glass so you can sorta see the alien in it.
The camera is positioned further ahead of you now so you have a better chance of seeing whats ahead of you before crashing into it.
There are other tweaks and improvements but nothing else that’s likely to be particularly noticeable.
At this point you still just drive around the track on your own.

PDF Changes:
*Improved PDF error handling. No need to go out of app now on a fatal error.
*More memory now available on PDF processing.
*Changes in the libmupdf are uploaded to the branches
*Fixed bug in ProgressBar when filesize is bigger than 2GB
Initial Commit of new "Minimize ProgressBar" Feature. You can minimize the
process and let it run in the background. Please report new bugs if you find
something.
Note 1: If you have a copy process running and copy/paste something else you can
append this to the transfer queue. It will automaticly follow after the first
transfer is finished.
Note 2: The Thread Priority is configurable in the settings for both modes
"Normal" and "Background" Mode. You can configure the copy speed with it.
Note 3: The Process is minimized to the Taskbar. I didn't have the proper images
so for now there is only a clickable text like "Copying..." or "Moving..." which
brings you back the ProgressBar. As soon as i got the images i will do a proper
taskbar button.

DiiLC 1.1
by Conanac
DiiLC is a simple application to download and insert the DLC (downloadable content) or HDLC (hacked downloadable content) into Animal Crossing City Folk savegame file (use Waninkoko's savegame extractor for extracting savegame file). This application searches the DLC and HDLC files from the distributing servers. UFO Racer 0.1
by ThatOtherPerson
UFO racing game.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
I started working on a racing game. I’m borrowing graphics for it from an older game I made for PC over 9000 years ago but I’m programing it again from scratch and this time its going to be 2D with a top down perspective and made for Wii.
The steering is controlled by tilting the wiimote (just like you do for Excite Truck or Mario Kart). I’ve never done anything using the accelerometer before but it was actually really easy to implement and already works fairly well although I’ll probable tweak to turning speed later. You hold down the 2 button to move forward.
Another thing that’s somewhat new to me are the rotating sprites. The rotation of the ship is pre rendered but the track is actually rotated in real time. SDL (my primary game development library of choice) sadly doesn’t actually have any built in support for rotating surfaces but luckily there is nothing that cant be accomplished with a few get/put pixel functions and a little bit of math. It will never be as fast as it would be if it was done with GRRLIB but it is already running at a tolerable frame rate in the high thirties and I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get a bit more speed out of it.
Its just a test demo and I don’t really recommend you bother with downloading it yet but I figured I would share what I’ve been doing.

NUS Auto Downloader for Windows 4.1.4
by X-Flak, wiiNinja, WB3000, Leathl
Windows based wizard style program for up/downgrading to firmwares 4.2, 4.1 and 3.2 (Support for all wii's: U,E,J,K and even Region Changed formerly Korean wii's)
When using the download wizard, a custom guide will be generated based on the users answers to a few simple questions
CHANGELOG v4.1.4
================
-Added an optional "Extra Brick Protection" feature which will protect Wii's from accidentally changing to a system menu without having the IOS for that system menu already installed. NUSAD can grab many non-stubbed SM IOSs for the following system menu IOS slots (11,20,30,40,50,52,60). For system menu IOSs slots below 40, IOS60v6174-patched is installed in order to protect LU64+ wii's from using older incompatible IOSs. All of these IOSs have a version number that is equal to the Stub's version number plus 1 (so they will survive an official update). The normal IOS30-patched is still available for download in the batch download page.
-Fixed IOS70v54321(IOS60v6174-patched).wad for Korean Wii's, it used to download IOS70 instead of IOS60v6174, but now it grabs the right IOS.
-Removed option to patch system menu IOSs. Now they are always patched when using the wizard function. Non-patched IOS30, 60 and 70 are now instead available for download in the "Archived Downloads" page.
-Proper handing of stub IOSs in the Download Wizard. Now it will only download stub IOSs that should be present on your wii's specific firmware and region (ie. If I am installing SM4.1, it will not download any of the stubs that were released with v4.2). Stub IOSs for slots 200 and up will not be downloaded if your wii is either a virgin or you've selected to download recommended cIOSs. Stubbed System Menu IOSs will not be downloaded if you answered Yes to "Extra Brick Protection".
-Fixed Hash check when MMM's boot.dol is saved to the root of the Drive (ie. "COPY_TO_SD"). This only affected the HackMii Solutions Feature and the Download Wizard but only for Korean Virgin Wii's (or any Korean Wii installing the HBC).
-Some other minor changes.

Gravity Glide
by ThatOtherPerson
Gravity Glide is a toy that lets you play with momentum.
ThatOtherPerson's Notes
=======================
I’m not sure how to describe this and a still screenshot doesn’t do much to communicate anything. It is more of a toy then a game. You create areas of momentum to move things with. Its really just a improved continuation of that browser thing of the same name that I made a little while ago. Use the wiimote to aim, the A button to pull things in and the B button to push.
I’m really happy with how it turned out but I’m still somewhat undecided about whether or not I should build on it anymore and actually make a game out of it. If you like it and want to see more of it then let me know it.

CHANGELOG r171
==============
New Feature: RAR Extract Support with password support
Note: Using now the free rarlabs source (damn that crap is complicated). This
supports RAR Formats 1.5, 2.0 and 2.9+. Right not splitted archives are not
supported. This feature will follow in the future. If the archive requires a
password to extract a file you will be prompted for the password. You can find
the source for the lib in the branches and compile it yourself. Canceling an
extraction works only between two files right now. This will also be changed
later.
*Fixed bug with some ZIP archives opening empty
*Reverted usb2 source. The new one caused a few problems.
*Updated Language files
