path.
*Fixed halt on network init even when it failed
*OnScreenKeyboard can be opened now right from the start of the texeditor
*Changable slideshow delay range increased
*Some changes on the progressbar regarding the reset of the total tranfered size
calculation
*Lot's of optimizations in code (more use of macros)
*Initial doxgen commit (though i don't have so many comments yet)

Forwarder Channel v6:
=====================
*USB2.0 support added if you have IOS202 installed
*fix for some usb drives that do not show up in WiiXplorer after starting the
app with the forwarder (hopefully for all)
*Added rescale inside the forwarder by GX for 4:3. Now only 16:9 pics are used
and are rescaled for 4:3. (Uses a lot less space/blocks because of that)
*Added both variants of the channel, the v4 design and the v5 design. To switch
between those, uninstall your current channel to avoid unnessacary errors. Both
work with 16:9 and 4:3 and use the same forwarder dol v6.
